The Role:
- Full-time HLTA position
- Leading a classroom within an SEN provision
- Supporting pupils with a range of additional needs
- Delivering planned learning activities and interventions
- Working closely with teachers, therapists, and support staff
- Creating a positive, engaging, and nurturing learning environment
What We're Looking For:
- HLTA qualification or relevant experience
- Experience working with SEN pupils
- Confident leading groups and managing a classroom environment
- Positive, patient, and adaptable approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
