What you’ll be doing

Supporting pupils with autism, communication needs, sensory needs, and social emotional needs

Helping create structured, safe spaces where pupils can thrive

Working closely with teachers, therapists, and the SENCO

Using visuals, routines, and calm approaches to help pupils feel secure

Celebrating progress, even when it’s tiny
-
Bringing patience, positivity, and a sense of humour to each day
What the school is looking for
You don’t need decades of experience, but you do need heart.
If you’ve worked with SEND children or adults before, great. If you’ve supported behaviour, SEN, care work, youth work, or similar roles, you’ll fit in well.
