We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and nurturing professionals to work within Early Years settings across Lambeth, including mainstream primary schools and nurseries. This is a fantastic opportunity to support young children at a crucial stage in their development while working in welcoming and supportive environments.
The Role:

Supporting children aged 0–5 in nursery and reception classes

Assisting with the delivery of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum

Creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment

Encouraging children’s social, emotional, and educational development

Working closely with teachers, SEN staff, and other practitioners
Requirements:

A Level 3 qualification in Early Years, Childcare, or equivalent

Experience working with young children in schools or nursery settings
-
A strong understanding of the EYFS framework

A caring, patient, and proactive approach
-
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
