We’re working with schools in Carshalton who need SEMH Teaching Assistants to support pupils with behaviour, confidence, and emotional needs. These are great young people who just need the right guidance and encouragement.
The role
Support pupils 1:1 or in small groups, help manage behaviour, and be a positive, steady presence in the classroom.
What we’re looking for
Calm, resilient, and confident around challenging behaviour. Experience in schools, youth work, care, or SEND is a bonus.
