This role will see you working alongside teaching staff to support pupils’ engagement in learning, develop independence and confidence, and promote positive behaviour and social skills. You will help create a nurturing, structured environment where every learner feels safe and motivated to succeed.
Responsibilities:
• Support individuals and small groups in class.
• Help pupils access planned learning activities.
• Encourage positive behaviours and social interaction.
• Build trusting relationships with pupils and staff.
