We’re working with a friendly and inclusive primary school in the Leeds area that’s looking for a fantastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their team. If you’re confident leading class activities, love supporting learning, and want to work in a setting where no two days are the same—you’re in the right place.

What you’ll be doing:

🎯 Leading class sessions and stepping in when teachers are away
🧠 Delivering creative interventions to boost literacy, numeracy, and social skills
🤝 Supporting pupils with additional needs—helping every child shine
🧡 Building brilliant relationships with teachers, support staff, and families
📚 Taking ownership of your role and helping shape a positive classroom vibe
