We’re looking for caring, adaptable Teaching Assistants to join our supply team across Chesterfield. You’ll be working in warm, welcoming primary schools, helping pupils learn, grow, and find their confidence in the classroom.
Whether you’re looking for a few days a week or something more regular, we’ll find roles that fit around your life.
What you’ll be doing:

Supporting pupils in class, small groups, or one-to-one

Helping create engaging, positive learning environments

Working closely with teachers and other TAs

Encouraging every child to feel included, capable, and proud of their progress
You’ll be great for this role if you:

Have experience supporting children in schools or childcare

Bring patience, energy, and a friendly approach to every day

Can adapt quickly to different classrooms and routines
