Level 3 Teaching Assistant
Full-Time | ASAP Start | Long-Term / Potentially Permanent
An Ofsted-rated Good primary school is looking for a dedicated and experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join their team. This is a full-time role with an immediate start and excellent potential for long-term or permanent employment for the right candidate.
Please note: Applicants must hold an NCFE CACHE Level 3 Award in Supporting Teaching and Learning. Applications without this qualification cannot be considered.
Your Role:
- Support classroom teachers in delivering high-quality lessons.
- Assist with the learning and development of all pupils, including those with SEN.
- Work closely with staff to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
- Support children’s social, emotional, and academic development.
What We’re Looking For:
- NCFE CACHE Level 3 Award in Supporting Teaching and Learning (mandatory).
- Experience working in a primary school setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Enthusiasm, patience, and a commitment to helping all pupils succeed.
