- A calm, patient, and resilient approach
- SEN qualification or a care-based qualification
- An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (essential)
- References ready for clearance
A quick heads-up
If you’re not already Thrive trained, it’s a great addition to your skillset, and we offer it free. Schools love seeing it, especially in SEN and PRU settings.
Not quite the right timing?
If you’re thinking ahead to September, we’ve got more SEN roles coming up across Middlesbrough and the surrounding areas. Long-term, permanent, or flexible, we’ll help you find something that fits.
Why this role?
Because this isn’t just support work, it’s life-changing work.
You’re the calm in the chaos, the steady voice, the person who helps a pupil get through the day. And schools notice that.
If you’re ready to step into a role where you’re truly needed, let’s get things moving.
