Your role will include:
- Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons that meet the needs of every learner
- Creating a calm, safe and inclusive classroom where pupils can build confidence and succeed
- Supporting children with a range of additional needs, including Autism, ADHD, SEMH and complex learning needs
- Working closely with teaching assistants, therapists and families to help pupils achieve their individual goals
- Using creative teaching strategies to promote communication, independence and emotional wellbeing
We're looking for someone who has:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
- Experience teaching in a primary school
- A genuine passion for supporting children with SEND
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- A patient, flexible and nurturing approach
- The ability to build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues and families
