What you’ll be doing:

Helping young people learn, communicate and build life skills, both 1:1 and in small groups

Supporting the class teacher with activities and routines

Managing behaviour positively and consistently, creating emotional safety and structure

Being the steady presence in a busy, ever-changing school day
What we’re looking for:

Experience in SEND schools, PRUs, or youth work? Brilliant.

Resilient, adaptable, and confident when it counts
-
Skilled at setting boundaries with warmth
-
Happy to work 1:1 or in groups with learners who need extra support

Communication superpowers and a great sense of humour always help!
