SEND Teacher – The kind of role that stays with you...

Some classrooms need more than a lesson plan.

They need patience on the tough days. Creativity when things don’t quite land. And someone who truly understands that progress looks different for every child.

If that sounds like you, keep reading 👇

We’re looking for a SEND Teacher who sees the small wins, celebrates them, and knows they matter just as much as the big ones. You’ll be working with pupils who thrive on structure, consistency, and genuine connection, the kind you build over time, not overnight.

Whether your experience sits in ASD, SEMH, PMLD, or a mix of needs, there’s a place for you here.

What your days will look like 🧑‍🏫

  • Shaping lessons around your pupils, not the other way round

  • Building trust with children who need stability and understanding 🤝

  • Working closely with TAs, SENCOs, and wider support teams

  • Turning challenging moments into meaningful progress ✨

What you’ll bring 🌱

  • QTS or strong SEND teaching experience

  • A calm, compassionate approach, even when the day throws a curveball

  • Confidence adapting your teaching to meet individual needs

  • A genuine belief that every child deserves to feel safe, seen, and supported

What you’ll get in return 💼

  • Weekly PAYE pay, no umbrella faff

  • Free access to our CPD Academy 📚

  • A consultant who actually listens and gets what you need

  • Opportunities across SEND, specialist, and alternative settings
