Our Gateshead school is looking for a caring and committed Early Years Teaching Assistant to join our wonderful team.
You will work closely with a child who has complex autism, helping them access learning in a way that suits their needs. You’ll be their guide, their support, and their biggest encourager.
We’re looking for someone who:

Has EYFS experience

Is calm, nurturing, and reliable

Has a background in care or similar support roles

Finds joy in helping children overcome challenges
