We are seeking an exceptional KS2 Teacher to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in SW15, with additional responsibilities as Phase Lead and Maths Lead. The Role

As KS2 Teacher, Phase Lead and Maths Lead, you will:

  • Deliver engaging and high-quality teaching within Key Stage 2
  • Lead and support your phase team to maintain excellent teaching and learning standards
  • Drive the strategic development of Mathematics across the school
  • Monitor pupil outcomes and implement initiatives to raise achievement
  • Coach and mentor colleagues, promoting best practice and professional growth
  • Contribute to whole-school improvement planning and leadership
  • Champion an inclusive environment where all pupils can thrive

The Successful Candidate Will Have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Proven experience teaching within Key Stage 2
  • A strong understanding of effective Mathematics teaching and curriculum development
  • Experience of, or readiness for, middle leadership responsibilities
  • High expectations for pupil achievement and behaviour
  • Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills
  • A commitment to inclusion, collaboration and continuous improvement
