We’re looking for graduates to step into Learning Support Assistant roles in secondary schools across London. You’ll work closely with students who need a bit of extra guidance, whether that’s academic support or confidence building.
This role is perfect if you’re considering psychology, teaching, social work, or youth mentoring.
What you’ll be doing:
• Supporting students 1:1 and in small groups
• Helping break down tricky concepts
• Encouraging positive behaviour and focus
• Being a steady, supportive presence in lessons
We’d love someone who:
• Has a degree, any subject welcome
• Is patient, empathetic, and resilient
• Communicates clearly and builds rapport easily
• Wants to make a genuine difference
