We’re working with specialist and mainstream secondary schools looking for graduates to support students with additional needs including autism, ADHD, and social, emotional and mental health needs.
You’ll be:
• Supporting students 1:1 in class
• Helping manage routines and transitions
• Encouraging emotional regulation and engagement
• Working alongside SENCOs and experienced staff
This role suits graduates in Psychology, Criminology, Health & Social Care, or anyone with a genuine interest in SEND.
