💡 What You’ll Be Doing

  • One-of-a-Kind Support: Provide 1:1 support and encourage students with SEND (including ASD, SEMH, and complex learning disabilities).
  • Creative Classroom Leadership: Assist in delivering lessons and activities using your unique talents to inspire and engage.
  • Positive Connections: Build strong relationships and communicate effectively with students to create a supportive, trusting atmosphere.
  • Hands-On Learning: Use practical activities and teaching aids to create exciting, interactive sessions tailored to each child.
  • Encourage Growth: Support emotional, social, and physical development in a safe, welcoming environment.
