Protocol Education is looking for a caring and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and inclusive school in Kingston upon Thames.

About the Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Provide one-to-one and small-group support for pupils with SEN.
- Support children with a range of additional needs, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, Speech and Language needs, and SEMH.
- Work alongside the class teacher to deliver engaging and differentiated learning activities.
- Promote pupils' independence, confidence, and emotional wellbeing.
- Encourage positive behaviour and support pupils in reaching their individual goals.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and external professionals.
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN is desirable.
- A patient, caring, and positive attitude.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs.
- Experience in education, care, youth work, or support work is beneficial but not essential.
