Protocol Education is currently seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support Assistant to join a vibrant and inclusive school in Islington behaviour plans

Promote positive behaviour strategies and emotional regulation techniques

Create a safe and supportive environment for learning

Liaise with SENCOs, teachers, and external agencies to monitor progress and adapt strategies

Encourage student engagement, motivation, and academic progress
Requirements:
-
Previous experience working with children or young people with behavioural needs (desirable but not essential)

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
-
Patience, empathy, and a resilient attitude
-
Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check (or currently on the update service)

Ability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, term time only

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
