Protocol Education is currently recruiting a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher to join a supportive specialist school in Reigate. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs.
About the Role
As an SEN Teacher, you will:
- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs.
- Support pupils with a range of additional needs, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, Speech and Language needs, and SEMH.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment.
- Work closely with Teaching Assistants, parents, and external professionals to support pupil progress.
- Monitor and assess student development, adapting teaching strategies where required.
The Ideal Candidate
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Has experience teaching children with Special Educational Needs or a strong interest in SEN.
- Demonstrates excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- Is patient, compassionate, and committed to helping every child succeed.
- Works effectively as part of a collaborative team.
