The Role

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Support students on a one-to-one and small-group basis.
  • Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
  • Work with students who require additional academic or pastoral support.
  • Support pupils with SEND, Autism (ASC), ADHD and SEMH needs.
  • Help students build confidence, resilience and independence.
  • Encourage positive behaviour and classroom engagement.
  • Work closely with teaching staff, SEND teams and pastoral professionals.
  • Create positive relationships that help students thrive academically and socially.

We're Looking For

  • A degree in any subject.
  • A genuine passion for supporting young people.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A positive, patient and proactive attitude.
  • The ability to build professional relationships quickly.
  • Resilience, adaptability and enthusiasm.
  • Previous experience working with young people is desirable but not essential.
