Roles available
Teaching Assistants (TA)
- Support pupils in lessons, either in small groups or 1:1
- Help students stay focused and confident in their learning
- Work closely with teachers and SEN teams
- Ideal if you enjoy supporting young people and making a difference day to day
Behaviour Support / SEMH Support
- Support students who need extra help with behaviour or emotional regulation
- Use calm, positive approaches to de-escalate situations
- Build trusted relationships with pupils who find school challenging
- Great for those with youth work, care, coaching, or mentoring experience
Cover Supervisors
- Supervise classes during teacher absence
- Deliver pre-set work and keep lessons running smoothly
- Manage classroom behaviour confidently
- Perfect if you’re a graduate or considering teacher training
Free Cover Supervisor training provided
Teachers (Qualified or Unqualified)
- Teach your subject specialism across KS3 and KS4
- Opportunities for supply, long-term, and part-time work
- Suitable for UK-trained teachers, ECTs, and teachers trained overseas
- Flexible roles to fit around your availability
