📚 Key Responsibilities:

Providing 1:1 or small group support for pupils with SEND including autism, speech and language difficulties, or learning disabilities

Assisting teachers with lesson delivery tailored to individual education plans (IEPs)

Supporting students’ emotional wellbeing and behaviour management
-
Helping adapt learning resources to meet each pupil’s unique needs

Promoting independence and social skills within the classroom and school
✅ Requirements:

Experience working with children or young people with special educational needs (in schools, care, or similar settings)

A caring, patient, and flexible attitude

Good communication and teamwork skills

A valid Enhanced DBS certificate or willingness to apply

Availability Monday to Friday, term time only
