📚 Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing 1:1 or small group support for pupils with SEND including autism, speech and language difficulties, or learning disabilities

  • Assisting teachers with lesson delivery tailored to individual education plans (IEPs)

  • Supporting students’ emotional wellbeing and behaviour management

  • Helping adapt learning resources to meet each pupil’s unique needs

  • Promoting independence and social skills within the classroom and school


✅ Requirements:

  • Experience working with children or young people with special educational needs (in schools, care, or similar settings)

  • A caring, patient, and flexible attitude

  • Good communication and teamwork skills

  • A valid Enhanced DBS certificate or willingness to apply

  • Availability Monday to Friday, term time only
