Protocol Education is working with inclusive and supportive schools in the Middlesbrough area, looking for dedicated Learning Support Assistants to join their teams.

What your day could look like:

  • Providing 1:1 and small group support to pupils with additional needs
  • Assisting the teacher in delivering engaging and accessible lessons
  • Supporting students with literacy, numeracy, and focus
  • Encouraging positive behaviour and active participation
  • Helping to create a safe, inclusive learning environment

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has experience supporting children or young people (in education or similar settings)
  • Is patient, adaptable, and proactive
  • Builds positive relationships with ease
  • Has a genuine passion for supporting learning and development
  • Can work collaboratively as part of a team
