Protocol Education is working with inclusive and supportive schools in the Middlesbrough area, looking for dedicated Learning Support Assistants to join their teams.

What your day could look like:
- Providing 1:1 and small group support to pupils with additional needs
- Assisting the teacher in delivering engaging and accessible lessons
- Supporting students with literacy, numeracy, and focus
- Encouraging positive behaviour and active participation
- Helping to create a safe, inclusive learning environment
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience supporting children or young people (in education or similar settings)
- Is patient, adaptable, and proactive
- Builds positive relationships with ease
- Has a genuine passion for supporting learning and development
- Can work collaboratively as part of a team

- Relevant experience or qualifications
