Salary: £93 - £120 per day (dependent on experience)
Contract: Full Time, Term Time Only

SEN Teaching Assistant Required - Bradford Primary School

We are currently seeking a committed and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Bradford on a full-time basis.
The Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with pupils who require additional support to access learning and achieve their full potential. You will collaborate with the class teacher and SENDCo to deliver targeted interventions and provide tailored support throughout the school day.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with SEND.
- Support children with Autism, ADHD, Speech & Language Needs and other additional needs.
- Assist with implementing personalised learning plans.
- Encourage positive behaviour and engagement in lessons.
- Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to teaching staff.
- Help create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience supporting children with SEND is desirable.
- A caring, patient and resilient approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents.
- Relevant qualifications or training would be advantageous but are not essential.
