The Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Support pupils across KS3 and KS4 in a range of subjects

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support, including students with SEND such as ASD, ADHD and SEMH

  • Help students stay focused, engaged, and confident in lessons

  • Work closely with teachers to adapt resources and classroom tasks

  • Build positive relationships that support both learning and wellbeing

  • Contribute to a calm, supportive classroom environment

You’ll gain hands-on experience across subjects and year groups, making this a great stepping stone into teaching or wider education roles.
