The Role

As a Learning Mentor, you will:

  • Work closely with students who need extra support with engagement and confidence

  • Provide 1:1 and small group mentoring sessions

  • Help students overcome barriers to learning, both academic and personal

  • Support behaviour management in a calm and consistent way

  • Liaise with teaching staff, SENCOs, and pastoral teams

  • Track progress and celebrate small wins along the way

You’ll be that go-to person students rely on, the one who helps turn a tricky day into a better one.
