Calling All Unqualified Primary Educators!
Protocol Education is working with welcoming primary schools across South Bristol who are looking for engaging, reliable and flexible Unqualified Primary Educators with a genuine passion for working with children.
You don’t need Qualified Teacher Status to make a real impact. If you’ve gained experience in schools, childcare, coaching, youth work or similar settings, and you’re confident leading activities and supporting learning in the classroom, we’d love to hear from you.
You’ll be joining supportive, warm school environments where collaboration is key, and every member of staff plays an important role in creating a positive, enriching experience for pupils. Whether covering lessons, supporting small groups or working alongside class teachers, you’ll help keep learning purposeful, structured and engaging.
At Protocol Education, we pride ourselves on placing educators in both long and short term roles, with ongoing support from a dedicated consultant throughout the entire process. We’ll take the time to understand your strengths, experience and availability, and match you with schools where you can really thrive.
If you’re passionate about primary education and ready to step into a rewarding and varied role, this could be the perfect next move for you. Get in touch and let’s have a chat.
