Pay: £92.63 - £102 per day

About the Role
As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you'll work closely with class teachers, the SENDCo and wider support staff to provide tailored support for pupils who require additional assistance to access learning.
You'll play a key role in helping pupils build confidence, develop social skills and achieve their individual learning goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)
- Providing 1:1 support and small-group interventions
- Assisting children with Autism (ASC), ADHD, communication needs and SEMH challenges
- Supporting emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies
- Helping pupils engage with classroom learning activities
- Encouraging confidence, independence and social development
- Building positive relationships with pupils, staff and families
- Supporting the implementation of EHCP targets and intervention plans
