The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons across the curriculum.
- Work with individual pupils and small groups to enhance learning and development.
- Assist with classroom management and help create a positive learning environment.
- Support pupils with additional learning needs where required.
- Encourage children's confidence, independence, and social development.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience working with children in a school, nursery, youth work, sports coaching, care, or similar setting.
- Is enthusiastic, patient, and adaptable.
- Has excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Is committed to supporting children's educational and personal development.
- Holds a valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or is willing to apply for one.
