- Assisting students with their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
- Working closely with teachers to adapt learning activities.
- Building positive, trusting relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Encouraging positive behaviour and a growth mindset in a diverse, inclusive classroom setting.
Who You Are:

- You hold a Health and Social Care Degree or similar.
- Someone who understands the unique challenges students can face in education.
- An excellent communicator, patient, and adaptable in a fast-paced school environment.
