We’re working with a supportive and well-run secondary school in Barnet that’s looking for a SENCO who can bring clarity, compassion, and strong leadership to their SEND provision. Whether you’re after full-time or part-time, they’re open to making it work for the right person.

What you’ll be doing:
- Leading and developing the school’s SEND provision across KS3 and KS4
- Supporting teachers with strategies that actually work in real classrooms
- Working closely with pupils, families, and external agencies
- Ensuring EHCPs are meaningful, not just paperwork
- Championing inclusive practice across the whole school
What they’re looking for:
- A qualified teacher with SENCO experience (or ready to step into the role)
- NASENCO qualification, or willingness to complete it
- Someone calm, organised, and genuinely passionate about SEND
- A collaborator, you’ll be working closely with SLT and teaching staff daily
- Strong understanding of secondary SEND needs and provision
