Job Title: Speech and Language Therapist
Location: Ilford
Contract: Full-time, Long-Term
Start Date: ASAP
The Role
You will play a key role in supporting pupils’ communication development, working closely with teaching staff and the SENCO to deliver effective, targeted interventions.
Key responsibilities include:

Delivering 1:1 and small group speech and language interventions

Supporting pupils with EHCPs and personalised communication plans

Collaborating with teachers, SENCOs, and support staff

Advising on strategies to create communication-friendly learning environments

Monitoring, assessing, and reporting on pupil progress

Candidate Requirements

Qualified Speech and Language Therapist with HCPC registration

Experience working with children or young people, ideally within an educational or SEND setting

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships

A proactive and adaptable approach to supporting diverse needs
