What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups to help them access their learning

  • Using structure, routine, and clear communication to keep pupils settled

  • Helping with sensory regulation and emotional support

  • Working with teachers, therapists, and support staff who truly care

  • Creating a positive environment where pupils feel safe and ready to learn

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in SEND, care, youth work, or similar roles

  • A calm, steady approach when supporting pupils with big emotions

  • Someone who can build relationships and adapt to individual needs

  • A team player who brings empathy, reliability, and curiosity
