What you’ll be doing day-to-day:

Delivering engaging sensory and early years activities

Supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups

Taking initiative to adapt learning to individual needs

Building strong relationships with pupils and staff

Supporting behaviour in a calm and positive way

Contributing to a consistent daily routine
