The Role
As an English Teacher, you will:
- Deliver engaging and inspiring English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Plan and deliver creative lessons that challenge and support all learners.
- Assess, monitor and track student progress effectively.
- Promote high expectations and positive learning behaviours.
- Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all students.
- Foster a love of language, literature and communication.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to drive excellent outcomes.

We're Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- A degree in English or a related subject.
- Experience teaching English at secondary level.
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A passion for raising attainment and inspiring young people.
- ECTs and experienced teachers are both encouraged to apply.
