Position Details
- Role: Supply Teacher (Primary)
- Location: Uxbridge
- Start Date: Immediate
- Contract: Flexible, 1–4 days per week
- Salary: Competitive rates of pay (£150-£170 per day, depending on experience)
About the Role
As a Supply Teacher, you will:
- Cover planned and unplanned absences for teaching staff, delivering engaging lessons across various subjects.
- Adapt to different classroom environments and work with students of diverse abilities and backgrounds.
- Maintain positive behavior management and create a safe, supportive learning environment.
- Build relationships with staff and students while upholding the school’s values and policies.

What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
- Qualifications: QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent (NQT, PGCE, QTLS, BAEd., etc.).
- Passion: A genuine enthusiasm for teaching and a commitment to student success.
- Skills: Strong classroom management, communication, and lesson delivery abilities.
- Flexibility: Adaptability to work across different year groups and environments.
- Experience: Previous experience in primary education is an advantage, but passion and potential are key.
