About The Role:
- Support the academic and personal development of SEN students in classes, small groups, or individually.
- Collaborate with teachers to create an inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
- Attend to the physical needs of students with SEN, providing necessary assistance and accommodations.
- Provide individualised support and guidance to students with SEN, fostering their growth and progress.
About You:
We are looking for someone who:
- Experience working with secondary-age SEN students and those with challenging behaviour.
- Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability in responding to the unique needs of students.
- Works harmoniously with professionals, including specialist therapy providers, to ensure comprehensive care for students.
- Maintain a positive and nurturing atmosphere that encourages student engagement and well-being.
