📚 Job Duties:

👩🏫 Support: Provide 1:1 assistance to students with SEN in a classroom setting

📝 Assist Learning: Support teachers with implementing individual education plans tailored to each student

🔍 Be Attentive: Help monitor and guide students through tasks and instructions

💬 Behaviour Support: Manage and de-escalate challenging behaviour using positive strategies

🤝 Build Relationships: Collaborate with teachers, parents, and professionals while keeping detailed progress records
