📚 Job Duties:

  • 👩‍🏫 Support: Provide 1:1 assistance to students with SEN in a classroom setting

  • 📝 Assist Learning: Support teachers with implementing individual education plans tailored to each student

  • 🔍 Be Attentive: Help monitor and guide students through tasks and instructions

  • 💬 Behaviour Support: Manage and de-escalate challenging behaviour using positive strategies

  • 🤝 Build Relationships: Collaborate with teachers, parents, and professionals while keeping detailed progress records

  • 🌈 Create Inclusion: Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment that supports integration

✅ Requirements:

  • Right to work in the UK

  • Valid DBS check (or willingness to apply)

  • Previous experience supporting children with SEN
