This is one of those roles.
You’ll be supporting students aged 11–19 with autism, communication needs, and complex learning difficulties in a structured, supportive school environment.
Your role:
- Supporting students 1:1 and in small groups
- Helping deliver a personalised, EHCP-led curriculum
- Supporting routines that help students feel safe and settled
- Encouraging independence and life skills
You’ll need:
- Level 2 TA qualification or relevant SEN experience
- A calm, consistent approach
- Confidence working with a range of additional needs
