About the Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support pupils with Special Educational Needs.
- Provide one-to-one and small group assistance.
- Support children with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and other additional needs.
- Assist teachers with classroom activities.
- Encourage independence, confidence, and learning.
The Ideal Candidate
- Experience working with SEN children is desirable.
- Patient and supportive approach.
- Excellent communication skills.
