Protocol Education is seeking a compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and inclusive school in Kingston.
About the Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with Special Educational Needs.
- Support pupils with Autism (ASD), ADHD, SEMH, and other additional needs.
- Assist teachers with classroom activities and learning support.
- Promote pupils’ confidence, independence, and wellbeing.
- Support a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
The Ideal Candidate
- Experience supporting children with SEN is desirable.
- A caring and patient approach.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Passionate about helping children reach their potential.
- Reliable and committed to supporting pupils’ development.
