Protocol Education is delighted to be supporting a Good-rated primary school in Watford in their search for a full-time SEN Teaching Assistant to work 1:1 with students with special educational needs, starting September 2025.

💡 What you’ll be doing:
👦 Providing 1:1 support to children with SEND, helping them access learning in a way that works for them
🤝 Working closely with class teachers, SENCOs, and families
🧠 Supporting emotional regulation, building confidence, and encouraging independence
🎯 Adapting resources and strategies to meet each learner's individual needs
