📚 The Role

👩‍🏫 We're Looking For Someone Who:

• ✨ Has strong recent classroom experience
• ✨ Can confidently lead learning independently
• ✨ Has excellent behaviour management and communication skills
• ✨ Can deliver prepared lessons and learning activities effectively
• ✨ Can support pupils with different abilities and additional needs
• ✨ Works well with teachers, support staff and leadership
• ✨ HLTA status or equivalent experience is desirable

⭐ The Successful Candidate Will:

• Lead whole-class and small-group learning
• Deliver planned lessons during teacher absence
• Support interventions and targeted pupil work
• Maintain high standards of behaviour, engagement and learning
