📚 The Role

👩‍🏫 We're Looking For Someone Who:

• ✨ Has experience working with children, ideally in a school setting
• ✨ Is patient, caring and confident supporting pupils
• ✨ Can work effectively one-to-one and in small groups
• ✨ Can support literacy, numeracy and wider classroom learning
• ✨ Understands the importance of safeguarding and positive behaviour
• ✨ Can support pupils with SEND and additional needs
• ✨ Works well as part of a wider school team

⭐ The Successful Candidate Will:

• Provide targeted classroom and small-group support
• Help pupils build confidence, independence and positive learning habits
• Support teachers with resources, activities and routines
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
