About the Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining continuity of education in the absence of teaching staff. You’ll be responsible for delivering pre-set lesson plans, managing classroom behaviour, and ensuring pupils remain on task.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver pre-prepared lessons to secondary school students

Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies

Support pupils with their learning where needed

Report back to the regular class teacher on pupil progress and behaviour

Previous experience working with young people (schools, sports coaching, youth work, etc.)

Confident classroom presence and excellent communication skills

Reliable, flexible, and proactive approach to work
