Key Responsibilities – Early Years Teaching Assistant Role
- Support children’s learning and development within the EYFS framework
- Deliver engaging play-based and sensory learning activities
- Help maintain a safe, stimulating nursery environment
- Work collaboratively with staff while also using your own initiative
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Requirements – Level 3 Early Years Practitioner
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare (essential)
- Experience working in a nursery or EYFS setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and able to “get stuck in”
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
Desirable Skills
- Paediatric First Aid (not essential – training can be provided)
