What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting pupils across KS3 and KS4, including small groups

• Helping teachers keep lessons running smoothly

• Building trust and structure with students who thrive with routine

• Bringing patience, empathy, and a sense of humour to your day

• Experience with young people, either in schools or youth settings

• A steady, supportive presence

• Someone who can adapt, muck in, and stay positive
