What you’ll be doing

Supporting pupils aged 3–5 with communication, sensory and developmental needs

Helping children settle into routines and access learning in ways that work for them

Working closely with teachers, therapists and support staff

Bringing calm, creativity and comfort into the classroom each day

Using visuals, sensory resources, and play-based learning to spark engagement
