Protocol Education is working closely with friendly, supportive primary schools to find a passionate and flexible Fully Qualified Teacher for Primary PPA cover on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, starting end of March.

The Role
You’ll plan and deliver engaging lessons across the primary curriculum, providing high-quality PPA cover with support from experienced colleagues and teaching assistants. You’ll create a calm, positive, and inclusive classroom where children feel safe, supported, and ready to learn, maintaining strong routines and fostering positive relationships. You’ll assess progress, adapt learning to meet a variety of needs, including SEND, and work as part of a collaborative team that values wellbeing, reflection, and professional development. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain classroom experience, build confidence and make an impact as a primary teacher, all within a genuinely supportive environment.
